Legal battle spins around the Globes

The Hollywood Foreign Press Assn., which created and owns the Globes, in a lawsuit has accused the award show's TV producer, Dick Clark Productions, of violating their partnership by signing a long-term contract with NBC without its approval.

The Golden Globes awards are over, but a battle for the show's future is just starting.
