The Texas governor says the four Marines caught urinating on Afghan corpses had made a 'stupid mistake,' but it was not a criminal act.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who has been campaigning furiously in South Carolina in an effort to revive his sputtering presidential campaign, said Sunday that the Obama administration had gone "over the top" in criticizing Marines videotaped urinating on Afghan corpses.
