Some noisy toys loud enough to cause hearing damage, study says

UC Irvine researchers find that some of the toys, if held close enough, can hit decibel levels similar to a chain saw. But if held 12 inches away, all the tested toys are below the danger level.

That loud toy under the Christmas tree might do more than drive parents crazy.
