Titanic artifacts up for auction: Casual buyers need not inquire

A trove of more than 5,000 artifacts from the Titanic, valued at $189 million, will go up for auction in April. But the items must be sold in bulk, and ownership will carry great responsibility.

For sale: one puppy. Appraised value: about $189 million.
